With all the recent recipes we have TONS of tomatoes and peppers from the garden.
We gathered a massive bag of tomatoes of all types, probably about 30 pounds. We gathered about 20 banana peppers, a couple green peppers, some basil and decided to make salsa.
We rinsed everything, chopped it all up, quatering tomatoes as they will reduce and then we will blend it.
Chop all tomatoes
Chop all peppers
We used banana, sermons, 2 ghost, green, and some jalapeño.
1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic.
Cook the mixture down, it will fill the entire pot.
Add salt and pepper to taste, we also add cumin.
After cooking down we added a little flour to thicken it slightly.
Blend or process to desired chunkiness.
Can, and enjoy!
