This is a really easy and quick recipe. It is great tasting, and while not official ‘cobbler’ it tastes just about the same.
Take any of your favorite fruits, in this batch I used some frozen peaches, frozen blueberries, and some sweetened shredded coconut. About a cup and a half of each of the fruits, put them in a bowl, put in about a cup of the shredded coconut. Add 1 cup of sugar and then mix it up real good. Pour this into the 9×12 baking pan, I greased mine. Cub a stick of butter and sprinkle it around on top, crumble up a sleeves of graham crackers and sprinkle it around. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Delicious!!
